Since the beauty market offers many lash lift and lamination kits, I had some trouble choosing just one. That’s when I came up with the idea to test several kits and compare the products. While I’m not surprised since I’m familiar with the Nanolash brand, you might be positively surprised.

All the formulas and tools come in a stylish makeup bag. I really liked this idea because I can easily take the whole kit with me on holidays. The quality of the products is really good, so I had no problem performing the lash lift. I should note that I was able to complete everything in about 15 minutes, which is very quick. The kit is also efficient – since the products are quite large, you can perform several lash lift treatments with it.

It’s worth mentioning, though, that the RefectoCil Eyelash Lift kit is quite expensive. The results, however, are satisfying. My lashes became curled, longer, and shiny. They also looked healthier, likely due to the collagen and cysteine. As for the durability of the results, I enjoyed them for a bit less time compared to the Nanolash kit – around 6 weeks.

3. MIYA LASH Keratin Lash Lift Kit  

The next interesting lash lift and lamination kit is the MIYA LASH Keratin Lash Lift Kit. It provides high quality while remaining affordable. 

The products in the kit are rich in keratin and botanical oils, which have beneficial effects on the lashes. 

As you can see, there are a lot of tools. Initially, I thought this variety was a big advantage, but later, I found it to be the opposite. Most of the tools were unnecessary, and I didn’t even know what some of them were for.

Overall, I found the process of lifting and laminating my lashes somewhat challenging. The process, in my opinion, is a bit more complicated than with the previous kits. So, I recommend reading the instructions carefully to avoid any mistakes.

As for the results, I was quite satisfied. My lashes were lifted, curled, and appeared longer. Thanks to the beneficial ingredients, my lashes also became stronger and healthier. I enjoyed these effects for about 6 weeks.

4. Thuya Lash Lift Kit

Lower in the ranking is the Thuya lash lift kit. This is one of the most expensive kits on the market, but it also guarantees high quality.

The lifting formulas contain beneficial ingredients such as panthenol and vitamin E, which not only make the lashes look beautiful but also strengthen them.

A major advantage of this kit is that it can be used not only for the lash lift but also for brow lamination. This is thanks to the well-designed permanent gel that can tame even the most unruly hairs.

However, one downside is that the kit only comes with just one size of silicone rods. If you need sizes S or L, you’ll have to purchase them separately. This is somewhat inconvenient – I expect a kit to include everything needed without requiring additional purchases.

With this kit, you’ll also need to devote more time to the lash lift process, as it requires great precision. However, the results are quite good and relatively long-lasting. Curled, longer, and shiny lashes last for about 6 weeks.

5. Fleeky Lashlift Kit

Finally, I present the most affordable lash lift kit in my ranking – the Fleeky Lashlift Kit. I think it’s a good option for beginners who don’t have high expectations and just want to try the DIY lash lift.

This kit is not only inexpensive but also available in most brick-and-mortar beauty stores. However, it’s a small kit that only allows for two single lash lift treatments.

It’s worth mentioning that the formulas in the Fleeky lash lift kit are vegan, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly. They contain keratin and natural extracts that nourish and strengthen the lashes. With the step-by-step instructions, the lash lift process is relatively easy, even for beginners.

The results are satisfying – my lashes were beautifully curled, appeared longer, and looked noticeably shinier. However, the drawbacks include not only the small number of lash lifts you can perform but also the slightly shorter duration of the results compared to the previous kits. In this case, you can enjoy the effects for about 5 weeks. So, if you’re planning to perform the lash lift regularly, you may want to look for another kit. But if you just want to try out the DIY lash lift, the Fleeky Lashlift Kit is a good choice.

Lash Lift and Lamination – differences, process, and benefits

Lastly, I’d like to explain some aspects of the lash lift and lash lamination. These are two different beauty treatments, but they are usually performed one after the other. Lash lift mainly involves curling the lashes, making them appear longer and giving the eyes a more open look. The goal of lash lamination is to strengthen, nourish, and regenerate the lashes. The lamination is usually done immediately after the lash lift so that the lashes not only look beautiful but are also healthier.
